Experienced developers who join your team next week.

For teams that need building capacity now, not after a four-month hiring process. Full-time senior engineers who work your hours, in your tools, in your meetings. One monthly invoice. One month’s notice, any time you like.

our point of view

Hiring is the right long-term answer. It’s a terrible answer to “we need this by June”.

A good developer takes three to five months to find, and that’s before notice periods. Meanwhile the roadmap slips, your best people cover the gap and stop doing their own jobs, and the thing you needed by June arrives in November. We exist for that gap: experienced engineers, working full-time on your product, starting within a week.

These are not freelancers juggling three clients. Each person works for one client at a time, joins your daily meeting, uses your tools, and takes direction from you. What we handle is everything around them — salary, equipment, cover when somebody is ill, and a replacement at our cost if the fit turns out wrong.

what we build

What you get.

01

Experienced people only

Ten years of experience on average. We don’t send juniors and quietly bill them as seniors — the oldest trick in this industry, and the reason most people have learned to distrust it.

02

Full-time on your work

Eight hours a day on your product, not split across three clients. If your work runs out, tell us and we’ll pause the contract rather than pad a timesheet.

03

Your hours, your tools

They join your stand-up, live in your chat, and use your ticket system and your repositories. From your team’s side it should simply feel like a new colleague started.

04

You manage them directly

No account manager relaying messages between two rooms. Your lead talks to your engineer exactly the way they’d talk to anyone else on the team.

05

One invoice, everything included

Salary, taxes, equipment, software, office, holiday cover. One monthly figure, no recruiter fee, and no surprise line items three months in.

06

Cover when life happens

Illness, holidays, emergencies. We arrange cover or credit the days back — your delivery shouldn’t absorb the cost of somebody else’s flu.

07

A free replacement if it’s wrong

If the fit isn’t right within the first 30 days, we replace the person at our cost. After that we replace within 30 days and charge half rate during the handover.

08

Month to month, honestly

One billing cycle of notice, whenever you want. No annual contract, no exit penalty. If we’re not earning it, leaving should be easy.

use cases

When this makes sense.

01

A deadline that won’t move

A launch, a major client, a funding milestone. Add two experienced engineers now and get the quarter back instead of explaining it later.

02

A skill you don’t have in-house

Mobile, AI, payments, or a system nobody left in the building understands. Bring in someone who has done it before, for exactly as long as you need them.

03

Covering a sudden gap

A key engineer resigned or is on long leave. We keep the work moving while you hire properly, instead of panic-hiring the first available person.

04

Testing a role before you commit

Not sure the permanent job exists yet? Run it for six months with our engineer, then hire with a far clearer idea of what you’re actually looking for.

approach

How it works.

01

Brief

A 30-minute call about the role, the work and how your team runs. We ask what would make you let somebody go in week one — and then avoid that profile entirely.

02

Match

Within 24 to 72 hours you get one to three candidates: real work samples, honest strengths and weaknesses, and a short video introduction from each of them.

03

Interview

You run your own process — technical interview, take-home task, whatever you normally do. We don’t pad the shortlist, and we’ll tell you when we think someone isn’t right.

04

Start

Accounts, equipment and access sorted before day one. Your new engineer joins the morning meeting the next day with a first task already waiting.

05

Stay close

A check-in at 30 days, then quarterly. We ask you the uncomfortable question — would you hire this person permanently? — and we act on the answer either way.
