Manufacturing software has one non-negotiable: the software must never be the reason the line stops. A screen that freezes at shift change, a dashboard that's 20 minutes stale, or a maintenance alert that arrives after the bearing fails — those aren't software glitches. They're production losses. So we build the way engineers run factories: failure plans written down, backups tested, uptime first.
